First, how to distinguish between tempered glass and ordinary glass?

2, to see if the slight deformation
From the side to see whether the glass is slightly deformed, because the glass through the high temperature firing, there will be a slight deformation of the phenomenon, which can only be seen from the side of the glass, the front is generally not easy to see.
3, look at the glass fragments
Ordinary glass is broken after the large sheet, sharp angle, easy to hurt. Tempered glass is broken after the granular, corners are blunt, not easy to hurt.
Second, the tempered glass by shape points:
Flat tempered glass and curved tempered glass.
Generally more commonly used flat tempered glass thickness of 4,5,6,8,10,12,15,19 mm eight; more commonly used surface tempered glass thickness of 5,6,8,10 mm four.
Third, the tempered glass by process points:
Physical steel and chemical steel.
Physical tempered glass will be ordinary flat glass or float glass in a specific process conditions, the quenching method or air-cooled quenching method from processing. Chemical tempered glass is the ordinary flat glass or float glass through the ion exchange method, the glass surface molecules change, so that the glass surface to form a layer of stress layer processing processing.
Fourth, the characteristics of tempered glass:
1, with high impact strength

2, tempered glass in the steel will have a slight thickness after thinning.
